How it started
Have you ever been excited about something? I mean really exited!
So excited that it’s all you think about. Well that’s what the culinary art is for me.
I’ve dedicated my life to understanding food and what heat does to it.
It’s like a religion I guess. I mean, can you put together a more perfect evening then sharing great food and wine amongst friends and family?
…Well maybe being at a Marlins game seven in the World Series. But that’s for another subject.
